Do you get massages, go swimming, go for a walk, or run? How do you get rid of any negative energy? And what is it that you and your employees do to look after your mental health?

That said, we just took the basic points of these suggestions, and took the freedom to adjust them to our article’s needs accordingly.
Tip no. 1
First of all, if some of your employees don’t like Harry Potter, it’s important not to judge them. You shouldn’t behave as though they’ve ruined the Harry Potter trivia game plans, as they’re not able to take part in it.
Plus, understanding what your employees don’t like gives you the opportunity to learn what it is they like and enjoy reading/watching. This can ultimately help you not only plan your next trivia games, but keep in mind their interests and passions for other events and activities, too. We discuss this further in the last tip.
Tip no. 2
Don’t try to force them to get acquainted with the Harry Potter story and don’t overwhelm them with your knowledge. This might cause them to resist the series even more than they already do.
Just think of something you aren’t quite fond of or simply can’t stand. How would you feel if someone tried to sell it to you?
Tip no. 3
If you do end up discussing magic things with them, however, opt for the simple ones first. For instance, instead of bombarding your employees with concepts such as dementors, goblins, and thestrals, try starting with werewolves, giants, ghosts, and centaurs.
Such concepts, although unrealistic and quite abstract, are still much more graspable than the others because they exist in other stories. Put simply, people will find them familiar regardless of whether you’re talking about Harry Potter or another magical tale.
The same applies to other aspects from the series. Namely, if you talk about things such as magic spells, potions, wands, invisibility cloaks, and levitating, your employees will be able to comprehend these much better than if you start by introducing concepts such as Horcruxes, Howlers, or deluminators. The latter may sound much more appealing to you, as you know their significance to the overall story, but it may be intimidating for someone who doesn’t even know what the Harry Potter world looks like at all.
